LOS ANGELES, California — Petar Majstorovic tallied 23 points and three rebounds to lift Long Beach State to a 81-75 win over Cal State Bakersfield on Thursday, LBSU's second straight victory at home.
Rob Diaz III had 20 points, nine assists, and six rebounds for Long Beach State (6-11, 2-3 Big West Conference).
Jaden Alexzander led all scorers with 29 points for the Roadrunners (13-9, 9-4 Big West).
The Roadrunners swept the 2024-2025 regular season series against Long Beach State. Long Beach State has an 8-6 all-time record against upstart Big West Conference rival CSU Bakersfield with the first match against LBSU occurring in 2006.
