The Traores both had double-doubles with five players scoring in double digits for LBSU. Aboubacar Traore put up 10 points, grabbed 15 boards, and had six assists with four steals. Lassina Traore led all scorers with 18 points and 10 rebounds.
Ethan Galang led the Warriors with 12 points and two rebounds. There were 929 in attendance of the non-conference matchup at the Walter Pyramid on Monday night.
The Monday night match between LBSU and the Life Pacific University was the first meeting between the programs. The Warriors competes at the NAIA level and holds membership with the Golden State Athletics Conference.
