Jason R. AulaLOS ANGELES, California — Long Beach State (3-4) fell short of a win in the high scoring affair with Louisiana (4-2), 82-92 to end the Gulf Coast Showcase. LBSU held the lead at the half 43-40, however the Ragin' Cajuns went 10-18 from behind the arc during the second half to secure the 10-point win. Louisiana had five players scoring in double digits led by Blake Butler and Kentrell Garnett who led all scorers with 20 points each.
